Our Story
Sara and Jannie created Meeting Menopause after a rich conversation at the European Conference for Positive Psychology in Iceland in 2022. Sara has just finished her Mater’s research presentation – it was a movie poster to honour real stories of experiencing menopause. Fast forward to today – both Sara and Jannie are experienced Positive psychology coaches. We have created the course Meeting Menopause. We are coaching women experiencing menopause. We are currently working on a joint research project that we call “The age of Renewal” – it is a a storytelling project exploring the many ways women experience and think about menopause. Whether it’s part of their past, present, or future, their perspective matters!
