Course: Empowered female leadership!

This transformative course was designed to address the challenges faced by women in leadership roles. After conducting interviews with over 50 women, it became evident that there was a critical need for such a program. If you are a woman in a leadership position, regardless of rank, looking to develop yourself and feel empowered to be authentic in a male-dominated workplace, then this course is tailor-made for you. Over the course of 10 hours, spread across 5 consecutive weeks, we will delve into topics such as prejudice and stereotypes, discovering your strengths and mindset, achieving work-life balance, embracing authenticity, and fostering self-awareness to thrive.
