Noticing changes in yourself? Wondering if menopause might affect you soon? Or perhaps you know that you definitely have some menopause symptoms and are keen to learn how best to manage them in a way that works for you.

Join us for this course. It will start on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 8 pm Central European time/ 7 pm UK time, It will run for 5 consecutive weeks. During this course, you will discover how to manage your menopause your way. Hosted by two experienced coaches and positive psychology practitioners, the Meeting Menopause course combines a variety of workshops to create an experience tailored to your needs.

We’ll explore some of the mysteries around menopause and consider research-backed approaches that will help you think about your menopause differently. You’ll have chances to relax and connect with like-minded women as well as learn how to tap into your own strengths and build personalised strategies that will help you navigate your menopause in a way that makes sense to you.

THE AGENDA – What you will learn

May 7: Session 1: What is menopause? 

May 14: Session 2: Let’s talk about using our strengths!

May 21: Session 3: Sleep/ nutrition and exercise.

June 4: Session 4: Relationships at home and at work – how to make the best of it.

June 11: Session 5: Self-compassion/ mindfulness/ mental flexibility You will come away with an action plan on how to manage your menopause.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. If you sign up and discover you can’t make it this is the refund policy:

100% refund if you let us know before April 9, 2024

75 % refund if you let us know before April 16, 2024

50% refund if you let us know before  April 23, 2024

25% refund if you let us know before April 30, 2024

What happens if Well Organisation cancels the course?

You will get a 100% refund

 

How does it work? 

We meet online on the 7th of May. You will receive an email and link to Zoom when you have paid. We will use the same link for all 5 weeks

 

Confidentiality

Prior to the start of the course on 7th May, 2024, everybody will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure a positive and safe space to participate in this course.
